The client’s corporate strategy and management system is key to the success. We will maintain strict confidentiality of any sensitive information.
We believe it is also very important to keep the candidates’ information confidential. Considering that many candidates we recommend are still in their current position, the client should do best efforts not to disclose the information of candidates to other persons, that is to say, the persons who have the right to know the name and data of the candidates shall be strictly limited to those who directly participate in the recruitment.
The best cooperation is based on interactive communication. Just as we will always notify any special information found in the search process to the clients, we also require the clients to notify us any new progress that may affect the results of cooperation at all times.
During the whole search process, we will build up and maintain appropriate channels to communicate with the client, including individual face-to-face meetings, phone calls, correspondences, and joint reviews.
The search task will be put into the time schedule when the clients authorize us to start the work. In order to ensure that the clients will always have sufficient time to interview and select candidates, we expect to be given two to three months to complete a specific task.
For the purpose of avoiding potential market disruption, we require to act as the search firm for a specific search task on an exclusive basis if possible. For this reason, we require the clients not to run recruiting advertisements or perform other recruitment activities with regard to the search project we are undertaking or engage any other search firm to execute the same search project without notice with us. In addition, we also require the clients to provide us with the information of any proper candidates which has been acquired by them for our consideration.
