We, with our clients together, analysis analyze hiring purpose and requirements, understanding and determine the team structure, the required skill, knowledge, and experience the candidate should has, and other specific requirements for the position.
Search Strategy and Scope Set-Up
After evaluating the requirement, we will prepare a job description (or provided by our client) which describes the responsibility of the position, the requirements on skill, knowledge and experience for the suitable candidate, and search standard. It will be the guide for the following search process. Then we will set-up our search strategy and the search scope with our client.
We start our search from our strong database, also we will directly approach the candidate in related companies.
Prospective Candidates Identification & Interview
The consultant will call the suitable candidates to know their current situation and their interest of the position. During this period, we will communicate with our client about the status.
Our consultant will interview the potential candidates and re-evaluate their experience, skill, capability, and fit-degree of client’s corporate culture and the position responsibility.
The candidates who most meet the requirements will be recommended to client with written report.
Client Interviews Arrangement & Feedback Communication
ADV Consultant will assist to arrange the interview at the convenient time and place. We will also assist to arrange travel schedule, hotel and other issues if needed. Our consultant will communicate with client and candidate for the interview feedback.
When the best-fit candidate is confirmed, we could assist to negotiate the offering and on board date.
When the candidate is accept the offer and resign from the current company, we will contact the candidate related colleagues, boss and HR to do reference check. The result of reference will communicate with client.
Post Contract Follow-Ups
After the candidate is on board, we will communicate with him/her, the hiring manager, and HR to assist the candidate to adapt the new environment and team.
